I'm Rochelle! I know that during this COVID-19 situation, many of you therapists are looking for some help getting your practice set up online so you can continue meeting with your clients.
I'm based in California, and I've been doing virtual assistant work for life coaches, therapists, and empaths since 2016 and would love to lend a hand!
Here are some things you probably want to keep in mind during this transition:
Recommended software setup:
- Google Suite is HIPAA compliant but you have to fill out a BAA.
- The entire telehealth industry seems to be lacking in some way at the moment (sorry to be blunt but it's true) but Simple Practice seems to be the best option right now
- I do NOT recommend TherapySites or WeCounsel. I have a pretty high threshold of patience and tech-savviness and wouldn't wish them on my tech-challenged clients, ever.
- Most contact forms built on websites are not HIPAA compliant. To protect yourself from prospects sending you private information, I'd recommend just replacing your contact forms with a note that says “Please email me at…” and make sure you're using an email address that is HIPAA compliant (again, G Suite is! But fill out the BAA to make it official.

My virtual assistant rate is $50 per hour, billed in advance. Typically I require at least a 3 month contract with 4-5 hours per week (standard virtual assistant contract) but during this time, at least through Springtime 2020, there is no minimum number of hours required to work with me.
So if you think it would be a better use of your time to have me work on a task for 2 hours (versus you trying to figure it out for 2 hours), let's work together!
